Teen girl assassin arrested in Tel Aviv
JERUSALEM (JTA) -- A teenage Israeli girl assassin, dubbed "Nikita," was indicted for attempted murder.
Nicknamed after "La Femme Nikita," a French film about a girl killer, the 17-year-old was indicted for conspiracy to commit a crime and illegally carrying a weapon in connection with an attempted murder allegedly ordered by an Israeli underworld figure, the Israel daily Ha'aretz reported.
Nikita, who was charged recently in Tel Aviv District Court's juvenile section, was arrested allegedly while on her way to kill a resident of the Tel Aviv suburb of Bat Yam.
