S.F. memorial to honor Rabin, focus on Israel
by A candlelight memorial and community gathering for the sixth yahrzeit of Yitzhak Rabin will be held 7 p.m. Sunday at Congregatio, The event honoring Israel's slain prime minister is sponsored by the Israel Center of the S.F.-based Jewish Community Federation

Avirama Golan, Israeli journalist and Ha'aretz editorial board member, will be the keynote speaker. Also offering remarks will be Rabbi Camille Angel of Congregation Sha'ar Zahav and Yossi Amrani, Consul General of Israel.
The evening will include a musical tribute by violinist Zina Schiff, a Yizkor and candle-lighting.
