Despite the roughly 50 to 55 percent drop in the number of tourists coming to Israel, Ze'evi said it was essential to maintain the tourism infrastructure in Israel, although it won't be easy.
"You can initiate a $20 million tourism campaign, and then have a 30-second report on CNN about a bombing in Israel which will instantaneously erase the whole effort," he said.
