Army Radio said that the Palestinian police have increased patrols in Ramallah to prevent anyone from infiltrating into the city.
Itim, the Israeli news agency, said the participants involved in the lynching of Vadim Nourezitz and Yosef Avrahami were apprehended by General Security Service agents with the help of elite Israel Defense Force soldiers.
Government officials refused to comment on the reports.
Israel has never officially admitted to having a policy of elimination of its enemies, but it widely believed to have been behind the assassination of a number of key figures in the past.
