German agents discover Iraqi missile plant

The paper reports that the plant is currently producing a solid-fuel short-range missile. While the missile has a range of just 93 miles, the significance of the discovery, according to the German intelligence service, demonstrates that "the Iraqi will and personnel for developing missiles still exist."

The paper said the intelligence service is convinced that Iraqi technicians are currently working on missiles with a range of almost 1,900 miles, with chemical and biological capability.
