The 10 have already served 18 months. According to Iranian law, prisoners are eligible for parole after one-third of their sentence is served. The panel may consider their time already served, which would free at least two of the prisoners, and may let the Jews serve their sentences concurrently rather than consecutively, Hoenlein said.
