Collaborators James Lapine and William Finn tell the story of a dysfunctional family unit comprising Marvin, his male lover, his ex-wife and her husband -- who also is Marvin's psychiatrist -- his son Jason and a dog. When Marvin's partner becomes ill, they all must deal with the emerging horror of AIDS.
The show runs Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays through July 8. Sunday matinees begin at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 to $12. For information call (925) 676-5705.
