Cisco scoops up another Israeli tech firm

"The 17 engineers comprising the development team will relocate to Cisco's existing R&D facility in Herzliya," said Naveh, "thus turning Israel into one of the leading technology centers belonging to Cisco Systems."

This is Cisco's third acquisition in Israel, and its second in two days. On April 18, Cisco acquired Herzliya-based Pentacom Ltd.

Pentacom will also be moving its entire staff of 48 employees into the expanding Cisco development center in Herzliya.
