It is not clear what degree will be awarded to graduates, but courses will be offered in economics, sociology, international relations, history, and, of course, military studies. Each class is expected to number about 50 with a new class starting every six months. The first semester is scheduled to begin this fall.

The military academy supplements the National Defense College, which awards master’s degrees to senior officers in conjunction with Haifa University.
