Israeli fans gobble up cheap Stones tix

A bloc of discounted tickets for the June 4 Rolling Stones concert in Tel Aviv sold out in less than half a minute after going on sale April 3.

The “Lucky Dip” tickets, which were gone in 27 seconds, were sold without revealing seat locations, giving people a chance to purchase both regular and potentially VIP tickets at the low price. Ticket buyers will find out what seats they have when they arrive at the show.

VIP tickets for the concert retail for about $288, while regular tickets cost about $200. An undisclosed number of Lucky Dip tickets sold for about $100. — jns.org
