Star-crossed lovers and palace intrigue. Come enjoy “Di Megileh,” a romantic Purim musical based on the Book of Esther and “Songs of the Megileh” by celebrated Yiddish poet Itzik Manger. Melding 1930s Eastern Europe and biblical Persia, the play recounts the story through the eyes of Esther’s jilted lover, Fastrigoseh the Tailor.
